Frank EE Grubich
Founder / Brand Director
Frank’s creative journey started before graduation (Carnegie-Mellon University) designing corporate identity systems for hospitals, signage programs for national landmarks and annual reports for technology companies for a design firm in downtown Pittsburgh.
Frank jumped to Chicago in 1986 to direct and write ads for a Michigan Avenue agency. Shortly there after, fate intervened and Frank (along with two fellow coworkers) founded the now infamous design firm Laughing Dog Creative Group. 15 years, 20+ employees and 70+ industry awards later, Frank shuttered the Doghouse for opportunities to lead engagements with even bigger brands with even more complex business problems. LG, SSA, CASE, CNH Agriculture, Guardian, and Verizon to name a few. “There’s nothing more satisfying than to see the look of astonishment in a client’s eyes when she/he sees how design and technology can be combined into something truly transformational.“
Roy Johanson
Lead Strategist / CEO of Forseti Partners
After 5 years with McKinsey & Company, and 14+ years heading Forseti Partners, you’d be hard-pressed to find an area Roy lacks experience in. With an analytical and scientific background, Roy is able to bring in high-quality specialists to augment his results.
Roy invariably helps people see the big picture while also focusing on immediate business benefits. “We are in the midst of a technological revolution where data has become a priceless commodity. The rapid increase in available computing power allows any size business to use data to draw novel insights about its inter-workings. On its own, the data is fairly useless, but in our hands, data can be used to tell stories about who and where customers are, what their buying trends are, and to identify the most impactful changes.”
